bulletIncrease membership, member participation, and member representation in downtown issues.

 

bulletEstablish an internet presence.  Including establishing a web site and a method for virtual meetings and voting.

 

bulletChange perception of Downtown Safety.  Including a "Neighborhood Watch Program", "Business Threat Assessment", and a  "Business Alert Network" in cooperation with the Johnson City Police Bureau.
